摘要 结合遥控器主体盖塑件的结构特点,设计了一模一腔单点点浇口三板式注塑模具。针对塑件上不同特征的脱模需要,设计了1个复合抽芯脱模机构用于内螺纹侧孔的脱模;2个结构相似的定模弯销脱模机构用于型腔侧孔的脱模;3个结构相似的动模斜导柱滑块机构用于型芯倒扣的脱模;1个斜顶抽芯机构用于动模侧壁倒扣的脱模。模具开模分三次打开,一次打开用于实现流道废料与塑件的分离,以及定模弯销先抽芯机构的抽芯动作;二次打开用于流道废料的自动脱模;一、二次打开的同时,模板驱动脱螺纹机构实现内螺纹侧孔的脱螺纹;三次打开用于模腔分型,以及动模斜导柱滑块机构的侧抽芯脱模;塑件的顶出由顶针+推管+斜顶共同顶出来实现。脱模机构设计中,特别是针对内螺纹侧孔的复合抽芯脱模机构设计,在不增设额外脱螺纹动力机构的情况下,充分利用模具的开模动力先后实现了内螺纹侧孔的内孔脱螺纹、侧孔抽芯动作。模具整体布局合理,机构结构设计新颖、动作可靠,有效地节省了模架使用尺寸,降低了模具生产制造成本,满足了塑件的自动化生产要求。 Combined with the structural characteristics of remote control main body cover plastic part,a single point gate three-plate injection mould with one cavity was designed.According to the demoulding needs of different characteristics on the plastic part,a compound core-pulling demoulding mechanism is designed for the demoulding of the inner thread side hole.Two angular cam demoulding mechanisms with similar structures in fixed mould are used for the demoulding of the cavity side hole.Three angle pin slide mechanisms with similar structure in moving mould are used to release the core undercut.A lifter core-pulling mechanism is used for the release of the undercut in side wall of moving mould.The mould is opened in three times,opening in the first time is used for the separation of runner waste and the plastic part,and the core-pulling action of the angular cam pre-demoulding mechanisms in fixed mould,the second time is used for the runner waste automatic demoulding.At the same time,thread demoulding mechanism is driven by mould plate for realizing the thread-demoulding of the inner thread side hole.The third time opening is used for cavity departing and side core-pulling of the angle pin slide mechanisms in moving mould.The ejection of the plastic part is realized by joint ejection of thimble+ejector sleeve+lifter.In the demoulding mechanism design,especially for the design of compound core-pulling demoulding mechanism of inner thread side hole,without adding additional thread demoulding driving mechanism,the inner hole thread-demoulding action and side hole core-pulling action of the inner thread side hole are realized successively by the opening driving force of the mould.The overall layout of the mould is reasonable,the structure design of the mechanism is novel and the mechanism action is reliable,which effectively saves the using size of mould base,reduces the cost of mould production and meets the requirements of automatic production of the plastic part.
