摘要
经过分析拉环瓶塞注塑件结构和成型工艺,将其成型模具设计为多分型面注塑模具,共包括成型部分、浇注系统、导向机构、侧向抽芯机构(斜导柱)、顶出机构和冷却水系统。该模具成功引入哈呋块结构,与成型芯组合成注塑件成型腔,一模两套哈呋块共12腔。哈呋块成型注塑件外部形状;成型芯成型注塑件内部形状。哈呋块开合由斜导柱控制,注塑件由推板推出脱模,同时设置了潜伏浇口以从制件内部进料,并配备了双直通的冷却水通道。模具结构紧凑、工作可靠,实现了全自动操作。
After analyzing the structure and forming process of bottle stopper of ring tab,the forming mould is designed as an injection mold with multi-parting surface,which includes molding part,pouring system,guide mechanism,side core-pulling mechanism(angle pin),ejector mechanism and cooling water system.The half block structure is successfully used in the mould,it is combined with the molding core to form a cavity of the plastic injection parts,there are two sets of half block and 12 cavity in one mould.The outer shape of the injection parts is molded by the half block,the inner shape of the injection parts is molded by the molding core.The opening and closing of the half block are controlled by the angle pin,the demoulding of the injection part is realized by the ejector plate,the latent gate is set for feeding the material from the inside of the parts and two direct cooling water channels are provided.The structure of the mould is compact,the working reliability is high,and the automation operation is realized.
