摘要
结合塑料周转箱产品的生产需要,设计了一种一模一腔点浇口4次分型的三板模非标式模具结构。设计了针对产品6个面的不同脱模方式及其脱模机构:主型芯面采用气吹辅助顶出方式脱模,主型腔面采用四面哈呋滑块联动式推出方式脱模。针对侧面侧凹仅需单向抽芯的脱模,采用油缸驱动+斜导柱驱动滑块机构对其进行侧抽芯脱模;针对带有倒扣的侧面侧凹抽芯脱模,则采用一种子母滑块两次侧抽芯机构来实施复合抽芯脱模。子母滑块机构中,利用驱动块通过3次转向驱动预先完成侧面垂直倒扣的脱模,而后通过斜导柱驱动母滑块来完成整个侧面的侧抽芯脱模。子母滑块机构能有效地利用模板机构的动作动力来进行二次驱动以实现局部复杂特征的脱模,简化了脱模机构的设计,降低了模具的结构成本。模具结构及脱模机构结构设计新颖、合理,模具动作可靠,能为同类产品的模具设计提供有益借鉴。
Combined with the production needs of plastic returnable container products,a three-plate model non-standard mould structure with one cavity and one mould,pin-point gate and four times parting line is designed.Different demoulding modes and demoulding mechanism for 6 surfaces of the product are designed,which are that the main core surface is demoulded by airassisted ejection,and the main cavity surface is demoulded by the way of linkage ejection of the four sides half sliding block.Aimed at the demoulding of only one-way core-pulling in side concave,the sliding block mechanism driven by oil cylinder+angle pin is adopted to carry out the side core-pulling of the side concave.For the side core-pulling of the side concave with undercut,the compound core-pulling is carried out by using a primary-secondary sliding block mechanism with twice side core-pulling.In the primarysecondary sliding block mechanism,the demoulding of side vertical undercut is completed in advance by using the drive block through three steering driving,and then the side core-pulling actions of all sides are completed by driving the primary sliding block through the angle pin.The primary-secondary sliding block mechanism can effectively use the action power of the mould plate mechanism for secondary driving to achieve demoulding of local complex characteristics,simplifying the design of demoulding mechanism,reducing the structural cost of the mould.The structure design of mould and demoulding mechanism is novel,reasonable and the mould action is reliable,which can provide beneficial reference for similar products.
