对ESGAR和ESPR肠道成像检查技术首次联合声明(2017)的解读

An interpretation of the first joint statement(2017)of ESGAR and ESPR regarding the technique performance of small bowel and colon imaging

2017由欧洲胃肠和腹部放射学会(ESGAR)及欧洲儿科放射学会(ESPR)组成的专家委员会,首次发布了针对小肠和结肠成像的患者准备及技术参数的联合共识。该共识在大量文献基础上结合改良Delphi程序而推出,旨在规范检查流程,统一检查技术,提高对肠道疾病的诊断水平,为今后的临床和科研工作提供指导。其中129项声明(82%)为立即达成共识,19项(12%)经修改后达成共识,而有9项(6%)被否决。目前国内尚未有相关介绍,因此本文将对共识中涉及的CT、MRI(口服法,插管法)和超声等肠道成像检查的技术规范进行详细解读。

An expert consensus committee from the European Society of Gastrointestinal and Abdominal Radiology(ESGAR)and European Society of Paediatric Radiology(ESPR)firstly announced a series of consensus statements concerning patient preparation and relevant technique on the process of the performance of small bowel and colonic imaging in 2017.Those consensus statements were created through a six-stage modified Delphi process and a detailed literature review.This consensus aims to standardize the imaging process,and to unify imaging techniques,which will ultimately facilitate the diagnosis of enteric diseases,and provide guidance for clinical and research practice prospectively.Of these consensus statements,129 statements(82%)immediately reached a consensus,19(12%)agreed after appropriate modification,and 9(6%)were rejected.At present,there is no relevant introduction in China.Therefore,a detail interpretation of this statement was made regarding the technique performance of CT,MRI(by oral and NJ tube)and US imaging of small bowel and colon.
