The Pediatric Radiology Milestone Project is part of the Milestones which was initiated jointly by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education(ACGME)and the American Board of Radiology(ABR).The project is designed for evaluation of residents,with which six competencies would be recorded,including Patient Care(PC),Medical Knowledge(MK),Systems-based Practice(SBP),Practice-based Learning(PBL),Professionalism(PROF),and Interpersonal and Communication Skills(ICS).The project demonstrates comprehensively the key dimension of the elements in training pediatric radiology residents'competence in USA,worth being to be learned by standardized residency training institutions in China.The tools are efficient guidance for the development in the domestic standardized residency training.
