企业家精神、社会资本与科技型中小企业天生国际化路径研究

Research on Entrepreneurship,Social Capital and " Born-Global" Internationalization Pathway of Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

企业家精神作为科技型中小企业社会资本基础及内在创业动力,是与企业国际化创业相关联的一种个体特质。从资源基础理论视角,通过理论分析,构建企业家精神、社会资本、资源禀赋与科技型中小企业天生国际化路径关系的概念模型,验证企业家精神与社会资本及其交互作用对天生国际化路径的影响,检验资源禀赋对路径选择的调节作用。研究发现,企业家精神与社会资本都能对天生国际化路径选择产生显著正向影响;资源禀赋正向调节企业家精神与社会资本关系,对科技型中小企业天生国际化路径选择的调节效应显著。

Entrepreneurship is a type of personal traits related to the international exploration of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises,reflecting the enterprises'social capital and its inner drive.This paper,based on the resourcebased theory,constructs a conceptional model of entrepreneurship,social capital,resource endowment and the"born global"internationalization pathway choice of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises(SME),validates the impact of interaction between entrepreneurship and social capital upon its pathway,and examines the moderating effect of resource endowment.The findings suggest that entrepreneurship and social capital can positively affect the"born-global"internationalization pathway choice of technology-based SMEs and that resource endowment can positively meditate the relationship between entrepreneurship and social capital and thus promote the technology-based enterprises to choose"Born-Global"internationalization pathway.
