摘要
以莫来石纤维、硅灰、粉煤灰及硅溶胶等原料,采用快速凝结湿压法制备了电绝缘性能和热性能良好的轻质耐火材料。其室温表面电阻达500 MΩ,900℃煅烧4小时后未粉化,热冷循环20次未开裂,具有良好的中温稳定性能,表面有弹性适合电炉丝安装,克服了传统轻质耐火材料不能用于电陶炉的问题。利用SEM、TG-DSC分析了显微形貌及受热过程。
Light refractories with good electrical insulation and thermal properties were prepared by rapid condensation wet pressure method using mullite fiber,silica fume,fly ash and silica sol as raw materials.The room temperature surface resistance of this material is up to 500 MΩ.It has not been crushed into powder after being calcined at 900°C for 4 hours,neither has it cracked after 20 hot-cold cycles.The material has good mid-temperature stability.Its surface is resilient and suitable for the installation of the electric furnace wire,which overcomes the problem that traditional lightweight refractory materials cannot be used in a radiant-cooker.The microstructure and the heating process were analyzed by SEM and TG-DSC.Key words:electric radiant-cooker;lightweight refractories;silica fume;rapid condensation wet compression method.
