摘要
生物活性玻璃已被广泛认为是有效的骨头和牙齿的修复材料。正是因为生物玻璃具有生物活性、生物相容性、可降解性和一定的机械强度等,使其拥有较高临床应用价值。事实上,已经证实了生物玻璃的离子溶解产物(如:Si^(4+)、Ca^(2+)、P^(5+)、B^(3+))能够有效诱导和刺激成骨细胞增殖与分化,新血管的再生,甚至发挥抗菌抗炎的功效。因此适量的调整生物玻璃的组成并添加一些特定的离子,能有效提高生物玻璃的生物性能、并能拓宽其应用领域。本综述的目的是介绍几种离子(如:Ga^(3+)、Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)、Ag^+、Mg^(2+))作为掺杂剂对生物玻璃性能的影响。
Bioactive glass has been widely considered as an effective bone and teeth restoration material,because biological glass has biological activity,biocompatibility,degradability and mechanical strength,which renders it a higher clinical application value.In fact,it has been confirmed that ionic lysates of biological glass(e.g.,Si4+,Ca2+,P5+,and B3+)can effectively induce and stimulate the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts,regeneration of new blood vessels,and even exert antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects.Therefore,proper adjustment of the composition of biological glass and the addition of specific ions can improve the biological performance of biological glass and broaden its application field.The purpose of this review is to describe the biological effects of several ions(e.g.,Ga3+,Cu2+,Zn2+,Ag+,and Mg2+)as dopants and their effects on the performance of mesoporous bioglass.
