Research on the New Industrial Revolution Wave and the Interactive Paradigm of “Internet+”

以信息化为标志的新工业革命的发生,催生了互联网技术的快速发展,近年"互联网+"模式的快速发展,为各国提供了新的发展契机。从新工业革命背景下"互联网+"模式面临的挑战展开,论述了"互联网+"模式的特征,包括相容与创新、开放与重建以及便利与廉洁,随后将美国与德国在该背景下的"互联网+"战略进行比较,找到了中国在新工业革命浪潮中"互联网+"的准确定位。

The emergence of a new industrial revolution marked by information,that has given rise to the rapid development of Internet technology.In recent years,the rapid development of the“Internet+”model which has provided a new opportunity for countries.In this paper,under the background of the new industrial revolution,and the“Internet+”model faces the challenge.In this paper we discuss the characteristics of the model,which including compatibility and innovation,opening and reconstruction,convenient and clean.Then under the background we compare the strategy of“Internet+”between the United States and Germany,and we find the accurate China’s“Internet+”position.Qn the other hand,we discuss the interactivity of the Internet,and discover the new change of interaction.With the actual situation of China at the present stage,the advice of optimization of interactive relationship is given.
