吸入剂方言视频在基层医院慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用

Application of Inhalation Education Video in Local Dialect for Primary Hospital Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨基层医院慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者吸入剂方言视频宣教的应用效果。方法 2016年2-9月,便利抽样法选择平湖市某医院136例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为研究对象,根据入院先后顺序将其分为观察组和对照组各68例。观察组采用自制视频宣教,对照组采用常规口头宣教,比较两组患者吸入剂使用方法的合格率、口腔并发症的发生率、使用吸入剂的依从性。结果观察组吸入剂使用方法的合格率为88.2%,对照组吸入剂使用方法的合格率为42.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组口腔并发症的总发生率为2.9%,对照组口腔并发症的总发生率为13.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.028);观察组使用吸入剂的依从性为85.3%,对照组使用吸入剂的依从性为50%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论吸入剂方言视频宣教在基层医院慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的健康教育效果较好,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of inhalation education video in local dialect for primary hospital patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods By using convenience sampling,136 cases were selected and divided into observation group and control group,with 68 cases in each group.The control group received routine oral education,while the observation group received self-designed video education.The qualified rate,incidence rate of oral complications and compliance with inhalers were compared.Results The qualified rate of inhalant usage in observation group was 88.2%,and that in control group was 42.6%,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The incidence rate of oral complications in observation group was 2.9%,and that in control group was 13.2%,there was significant difference between two groups(P=0.028).The inhalation compliance was 85.3%in observation group,while 50%in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions The dialect video education is effective on the health education in the primary hospital patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,which is worthy of promotion.
