复杂主动脉夹层行腔内修复术加动脉旁路术患者一例的观察与护理

Observation and Nursing Care of One Patient with Complex Aortic Dissection Underwent Endovascular Procedure and Subsequent Open Surgery

目的探讨腔内修复术加动脉旁路术治疗复杂主动脉夹层患者的观察与护理,为临床护理提供依据。方法通过总结1例复杂主动脉夹层患者行腔内修复术加动脉旁路术的观察和护理。术前护理措施包括病情观察、安全管理、心理护理等;术后护理措施包括对肿胀、生命体征、出血、下肢动脉血供、腔内修复术后综合征和截瘫等的观察和护理。结果患者术前一般情况基本平稳,术后未出现严重并发症。结论有效的围术前术后观察与护理可促进手术顺利进行,同时对患者术后并发症的预防及术后恢复有着重要意义。

Objective To study the nursing care of patients with complex aortic dissection underwent endovascular procedure and subsequent open surgery.Methods Retrospective review was used for the observation and nursing care of one case with complex aortic dissection underwent endovascular procedure and subsequent open surgery.Preoperative nursing measures included close observation,safety management,psychological nursing,etc.Postoperative nursing measures included observation and nursing of swelling,vital signs,bleeding,artery blood supply of lower extremities,endovascular repair syndrome,paraplegia and so on.Results The nursing measures were well implemented during perioperative period.The general condition of the patient was stable before operation,and no serious complications occurred after the operation.Conclusions Effective perioperative observation and nursing care can promote the success of the operation.It has important significance for the prevention of postoperative complications,and thus promote postoperative recovery.
