摘要
目的探讨实习护士手卫生知识培训的效果。方法 2015年6月至2016年3月,便利抽样法选取上海市某三级甲等综合性医院106名实习护士为研究对象。采用自行研制的手卫生知识调查问卷,在实习护士进入临床实习前对其进行调查,针对存在的薄弱环节进行培训。培训后再次对其手卫生知识情况进行调查,将两次调查结果进行前后对比分析。结果开展手卫生知识培训后,实习护士对洗手的重要性、洗手时间、洗手步骤、干手方式及洗手指征等的认知水平较培训前均有明显提高(均P<0.05)。结论在进入临床实习前,对实习护士进行手卫生知识的培训是十分必要的,应结合其手卫生知识掌握的薄弱环节,如洗手指征、干手方式等,对培训内容进行调整,并采取多样的培训模式加强实习护士对手卫生知识的记忆。
Objective To explore the training effect of hand hygiene knowledge among nursing interns.Methods By convenience sampling method,106 nursing interns were selected from June 2015 to March 2016.Self-designed hand hygiene knowledge questionnaire was used for measuring the nursing interns before their clinical practice,in order to carry out the related training for their weak links.After the training,the knowledge of hand hygiene was re-investigated,and the results of the two surveys before and after training were compared and analyzed.Results After carrying out the hand hygiene knowledge training,the cognition of nursing interns on the importance of hand-washing,the time of hand-washing,the steps of hand-washing,the ways of drying hand and the indications of hand-washing were significantly improved(all P<0.05).Conclusions It’s necessary to carry out the hand hygiene knowledge training among nursing interns before clinical practice.The training contents should be adjusted according to the weakness of hand hygiene knowledge,such as the indications of hand-washing and the ways of hand drying.Furthermore,various training modes should be used for enhancing the memory of nursing interns on hand hygiene knowledge.
