Transforming Competency Characteristics of Sinopec Trainers in the Internet Age

本文就中国石化培训工作面临的新形势、新要求、新发展,从适应互联网发展趋势、借助中国石化网络学院优势出发,研究探索了传统培训师向在线培训师转型的必要性和可行性,梳理提炼出在线培训应具备的互联网思维、学习技术应用、在线学习项目设计与实施、在线学习项目运营和学习资源整合等五项能力。

This paper explores the necessity and feasibility of the transformation of traditional trainers to online trainers based on the new situation,new requirements and new developments faced by Sinopec's training work,while adapting to the development trend of the Internet and taking advantage of the Sinopec Internet Academy.It refines the five competencies of online training,i.e.Internet thinking,learning technology application,online training program design and implementation,online training program operation,and integration of learning resources.
