摘要
做好企业技能操作人员的培养和锻炼,事关人心聚散、事业兴衰。本文以中国石化某企业为例,紧密围绕基层队伍建设需要,以提高技能操作队伍吸引力为基础,按照岗位跨度与职位晋升两条主线,对目前技能操作人员培训培养工作进行总结归纳,提出了加强技能人才培养的一些方法和途径。
Doing well in training of skilled operators in an enterprise is related to uniting its people and the success of the company.The paper,focusing on the needs of building grassroots teams and improving the attractiveness of skilled operation positions,summarizes the current training and cultivation of skilled operators as well as proposes several methods to enhance the work from the two main perspectives of post span and position promotion
