摘要
LNG点供项目是将LNG气化后,向用户供应气态天然气的业务模式,可用于城市天然气管网调峰以及天然气管网难以到达地区的天然气供应。蓝海战略是竞争战略之一,指打破现有产业的边界,在全新无人竞争的市场中进行开拓的战略,目的在于摆脱竞争,通过创造和获得新的需求、实施差异化和低成本,获取更高利润率。
LNG spot supply project is the business model of supplying gasified natural gas to customers after LNG is gasified,which can be used as supply of natural gas during the peak regulation of urban natural gas consumption and in the areas inaccessible to the existing natural gas pipeline network.The Blue Ocean Strategy,a competitive strategy,refers to the strategy of breaking the boundary of existing industries and exploring the new uncompetitive market,aiming to get rid of the competition and obtain higher profit margins by creating and acquiring new demands as well as implementing differentiation and lower cost.
