A major judgment which has been made in the 19th CPC National Congress that China's economy has shifted from high speed growth stage to high quality development stage can provide the basis for promoting high-quality development of state-owned enterprises.SINOPEC Qilu Company carried out Xi Jinping’s new era socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics and the spirit of the conference,had a deep understanding of the significance,essential meaning,target approach,and the strong guarantee of the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises.The four directions of problem orientation,goal orientation,practice orientation and political orientation have been adhered to and grasped.Deepening the reform of enterprises,improving quality and increasing efficiency,and improving the quality of development have been done in order to realize an enterprise that is built to last.
