摘要
采用浸-烘循环的试验方法,对不同粉煤灰掺量(0%、10%、20%、30%及40%)的混凝土进行人造海水腐蚀试验,研究掺粉煤灰混凝土的外观形貌、抗压强度及相对动弹性模量随腐蚀时间的变化规律。结果表明:粉煤灰掺量为40%的C30与C40级混凝土与其他掺量的同强度等级的混凝土相比,均有较强的抗海水侵蚀的性能。同时,建立了海水侵蚀环境下掺粉煤灰混凝土的损伤度-腐蚀时间的数学模型。
The corrosion test of artificial seawater was carried out on concrete with different fly ash content(0%,10%,20%,30%and 40%),by using test method of dipping drying cycle,to make a study of appearance and compressive strength of fly ash concrete,and the change rule of relative dynamic elastic modulus with corrosion time.The results show that C30 and C40 grade concrete with 40%fly ash have stronger resistance to seawater erosion than other concrete with the same strength.At the same time,a mathematical model of damage degree and corrosion time of fly ash concrete under seawater erosion environment is established.
