我国要求从严治党最主要的是适应新时代中国特色社会主义,也体现了其价值所在,为了发挥党员干部的执政效能,跟上国家发展的步伐,需要我党提高自我管理的能力,端正治党的价值取向,完善从严治党的各项内容和制度,构筑创新治党的严密网络,实现党内党外上下联动的有效监督,调动每个党员干部的潜力,提高党的执政能力和领导水平,从而提高治国理政的水平。

In order to give full play to the ruling efficiency of Party members and keep up with the pace of the development of the country,the most important requirement for enforcing strict Party disciplines in China is to adapt to the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and to embody its value.It is necessary for the Party to improve its ability of self-management,correct the value orientation of administering the party,perfect the contents and systems of strict administration,construct a strict network of innovating and administering the party,realize the effective supervision of the linkage between the Party and the other parties,mobilize the potential of every Party member and cadre,improve the Party’s ruling ability and leadership level,thus improve the level of governing and managing government.
