新时期高职院校学生党支部教育服务功能提升探析

随着新时期全面从严治党的实践不断深入,高职院校在党员教育方面理应与时俱进,加强管理。高职院校学生党支部作为学校党组织工作的战略堡垒,要通过加强自身组织力建设,培养政治素养高的学生,依据朋辈理论,发挥学生党员的榜样带头作用,以其作为身教者,宣传党的理论,以点及面带动全员学习,以开展创新性实践服务活动为载体,依托专业兴趣团队,创新党员教育平台,在志愿服务中提升党性,服务大众,实现自我教育及榜样作用,提升学生党支部教育服务能力。

With the deepening of the practice of enforcing strict Party disciplines comprehensively in the new era,higher vocational colleges should keep pace with the times and strengthen management in the aspect of Party member education.As the strategic fortress of the work of the Party organization,the student Party branch should strengthen its own organizational strength,train the students with high political literacy,give play to the leading role of the student Party member as an example and lead the way according to the peer theory,and use it as a teacher.Propagandizing the Party’s theory,driving the whole staff to study,carrying out innovative practical service activities as the carrier,relying on professional interest teams,innovating the education platform of the Party members,promoting the Party’s spirit and serving the public in voluntary service and achieving self-education and role model will improve the education service ability of the student Party branch.
