高校资助育人工作中存在的问题及对策研究

为了使贫困生有平等的教育机会,国家出台了一系列的资助政策,很大程度上解决了贫困生的经济问题。但是资助是为了育人,实际工作中经常出现"重资助,轻育人"的情况,在高校资助的贫困生中也经常出现缺乏诚信意识,缺乏感恩意识,心理素质低,没有励志图强、奋发向上的情况,严重影响资助育人功能的发挥。因此,高校要实施全员、全程、全方面资助育人工作,多方面完善资助育人体系并开展一系列的资助教育活动,这样才能真正构建起高校资助育人体系,实现资助并育人的功效。

In order to make the poor students have equal educational opportunities,China has introduced a series of aid policies,to a large extent,to solve the economic problems of poor students.However,the purpose of financial assistance is to educate people.In practical work,there is often a situation of"emphasizing financial assistance,neglecting educating people."At the same time,some of the students often have a lack of honesty,a lack of gratitude,a low psychological quality,and no strong motivational purpose,which seriously lessens the effects of the educational function of the financing work.Therefore,colleges and universities should implement the whole staff,the whole process,all aspects of the work of education,improve the education system in many aspects and carry out a series of funded education activities,so as to truly build up a system of financial support for educating people to realize the effect of subsidizing and educating people.
