基于通用设计的寒地住区环境适老性改造策略研究--以哈尔滨市丁香家园为例

STUDY OF TRANSFORMATION STRATEGY FOR ENVIRONMENTAL ADAPTABILITY TO THE ELDERLY IN COLD RESIDENTIAL ZONE UPON UNIVERSAL DESIGN:A CASE OF LILAC COMMUNITY IN HARBIN

随着我国经济的快速发展,社会老龄化问题日益严重,"社区养老"已经成为我国主流养老模式。然而,寒地城市住区因其特殊的地域、气候特点,难以满足老年人的生活需求。本文通过对哈尔滨市丁香家园住区环境和老年人需求进行调研,分析寒地住区环境在适老性方面存在的主要问题。然后,基于通用设计的理论,针对哈尔滨市丁香家园,从生理适老、心理适老、行为活动适老三个层次提出适老性改造策略,为我国寒地城市实现"社区养老"提供物质空间载体。

With the rapid development of China's economy,the social aging has become increasingly serious,and"community pension"has become the mainstream mode in China.However,because of the specially regional and climatic characteristics of urban residential zone in cold region,it is difficult to meet the needs of the elderly.Taking Lilac Community in Harbin as an example,this paper researches on the residential environment and needs of the elderly,to analyze the main concerns regarding environmental adaptability to the elderly in cold residential zone.Then,based on the three levels of physiological-suitable,psychological-suitable and behavioral-suitable,with the universal design as theory,this paper provides the physical and spatial carriers for the"community pension"in cold cities of China.
