基于新型养老模式的养老设施规划研究

STUDY ON FACILITY PLANNING FOR THE AGED BASED ON NEW PENSION MODEL

在我国日趋严峻的人口老龄化背景下,本文针对现状养老设施发展存在的主要问题,基于我国初步建立的新型养老模式,提出构建与其相适应的养老设施体系。本文研究了养老设施的类型与内涵,明确了各类养老设施的主要服务对象、基本服务功能和分类配建要求,研究了养老设施的总量控制要求及各类养老设施的配建规模和配建指标,提出了养老设施空间布局与选址的基本原则和要求,以期为当前养老设施的规划和建设管理提供参考。

Under the background of increasingly severe aging in China,aiming at the main concerns existing in the development of current facilities for the aged this paper proposes to construct the corresponding facility system for the aged based on the new pension model preliminarily established in China.For all kinds of facilities for the aged,this paper studies the types and connotations,defines the main service objects,basic service functions and classification allocation requirements.It also studies the total control requirements,as well as the allocation scale and indicators.Finally,the paper puts forward the basic principles and requirements of spatial layout and location selection,with a view to provide reference for the current urban and rural planning and construction management of facilities for the aged.
