基于有限元的民用跑道沥青加铺层结构性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过构建机场跑道沥青加铺层有限元模型结构,选取了加铺层结构形式、加铺层数量以及不同受力形式为试验变量,分析了机场跑道加铺层在不同变量下的使用性能。研究结果表明:沥青混凝土的粘弹性特征易形成车辙和拥抱现象;路面加铺沥青层使得层间剪应力和表层应力增加,易出现损伤破坏;当面层受较大水平荷载时,由于层间粘结力较小,易出现疲劳裂缝,形成剪切性破坏。同时较小层间剪应力和板底弯拉应力易导致加铺层设计厚度偏小,使得复合道面更容易出现损坏。 Through building the airport runway asphalt layer structure finite element model,select the plus layer structure,and the layer number and different stress form for the test variables,airport runway overlay layer are analyzed under different variables using performance.The results show that the viscoelastic characteristics of asphalt concrete are easy to form rut and hug phenomenon.The asphalt layer with asphalt layer increases the interlayer shear stress and surface stress,and is prone to damage.When the face layer is subjected to a large horizontal load,it is easy to have fatigue crack and shear failure due to the small adhesion force between layers.At the same time,the shear stress between the smaller layers and the bending stress at the bottom of the plate can easily lead to a smaller thickness of the overlay design,which makes the composite road surface more prone to damage.
