整体护理与人文关怀在子宫内膜癌围术期的护理探讨

Holistic Nursing and Humanistic Care During the Perioperative Period of Endometrial Carcinoma

目的:探讨整体护理与人文关怀在子宫内膜癌围术期护理中的应用效果。方法:在福建省厦门大学附属第一医院2015年6月-2018年1月诊治的子宫内膜癌患者中选取90例,按护理方案不同予以分组:对照组(n=45)应用常规护理,研究组(n=45)应用整体护理与人文关怀。结果:(1)护理前,两组HAMD评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组HAMD评分均下降,研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)研究组护理依从性是97.78%,高于对照组的82.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:整体护理与人文关怀在子宫内膜癌围术期护理中的应用效果确切,可推广。

Objective:To explore the application of holistic nursing and humanistic care in the perioperative nursing of endometrial carcinoma.Method:In Jingmen First People's Hospital from June 2015 to January 2018,90 cases of endometrial cancer were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing regimen:the control group(n=45)received routine nursing,and the study group(n=45)applied holistic nursing and humanistic care.Result:Before nursing,there was no statistical difference between the two groups of HAMD scores(P>0.05);After nursing,the scores of the two groups of HAMD were all decreased(P<0.05),the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).(2)The nursing compliance of the study group was 97.78%,was higher than 82.22%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of holistic nursing and humanistic care in the perioperative nursing of endometrial cancer is effective and can be popularized.
