指压钳夹法抢救心脏破裂

Treating Cardiac Rupture with the Finger-pressing and Clamping Method

目的:采用指压钳夹法抢救心脏破裂的治疗体会。方法:回顾性总结分析2012年11月抢救的2例心脏破裂患者。在无体外循环支持下,采用指压钳夹法进行修补救治过程,总结其抢救经验。结果:2例抢救均成功。追踪随访5年患者心功能正常,无并发症。结论:在无体外循环支持下,采用指压钳夹法抢救心脏破裂是一种及时有效的方法。

Objective:To summarize the experience of treating cardiac rupture with the finger-pressing and clamping method.Method:Two cases of cardiac rupture rescued in November 2012 were retrospectively analyzed and reviewed.The finger-pressing and clamping method was used to repair and cure cardiac rupture under the condition of no extracorporeal circulation.Results:Two cases were successfully rescued,and the heart function was normal after 5 years of clinical follow-up.Conclusion:It is a timely and effective to rescue cardiac rupture with the finger-pressing and clamping method under the condition of no extracorporeal circulation.
