1Cr5Mo is a common material used for furnace pipe in the petrochemical plant and coal liquifation chemical plant.D ue to the excellent heat resistance characteristic,the weldablity is determined by material,welding procedure,welding environme nt,post heat treatment and NDT etc.therefore,strictly control measures of varous factors shall be taken during the welding process.
