实施多产汽油方案后稳定塔操作浅析

摘要 以延安炼油厂200万t/a催化裂化装置稳定塔为例,在实施多产汽油方案后,分析各个操作变量(操作压力、操作温度、回流比、进料位置等)对稳定塔操作及液化气和稳定汽油质量控制影响,寻找最优的操作工况,确保稳定塔操作平稳和产品质量合格。 Taking stabilization tower of catalytic cracking unit of Yan’an Refinery as an example,after carrying out the prolific gasoline scheme,a variety of operating variables that could have an impact on how the stabilizer is operated as well as on the quality control for liquefied gas and stabilized gasoline.Such an analysis is aimed to established the optimal conditions for operations and ensure that the stabilizer could be operated in a stable way and that all the products of it are compliant with the relevant production standards.
