血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)是调控血管和淋巴管形成的关键因子,其在膀胱肿瘤增殖、侵袭和转移的过程中发挥着重要作用,大量研究证实VEGF表达水平与膀胱癌患者的预后密切相关,膀胱癌的VEGF靶向治疗已成为当前的研究热点。文章就VEGF促肿瘤机制、VEGF与膀胱癌发生发展的相关性以及VEGF膀胱癌靶向治疗的相关研究现状进行综述。
