摘要 通过对某220 k V智能变电站主变保护误动事故进行分析,得出影响保护误动的因素:一是专业人员对设备的原理和处理方法缺乏了解,现场难以发现一些隐性故障;二是在设备检修过程中,对安全措施的制定方法和程度难以准确掌握,容易人为造成隐性故障。指出运行及检修人员要深入了解智能变电站技术,提高继电保护运行可靠性,准确隔离电网故障。 Based on the analysis of main transformer protection malfunction accident in certain 220 kV smart substation,it is concluded that there were two main factors to affect on protection malfunction.On the one hand,the specialized persons did not know the principles and methods of the equipment,and it was hard to find some hidden faults at the scene,on the other hand,in the process of equipment maintenance,the method and degree of safety measures were difficult to be accurately mastered,and it was easy to cause man-made hidden faults.It is pointed out that the operation and maintenance personnel should have in-depth knowledge of smart substation technology to improve the operation reliability of relay protection.
