摘要
超高速机械开关配备有效的缓冲器可以降低开关开启关闭过程中的冲击力,提高开关的绝缘性能及机械寿命。结合超高速隔离开关的需求,分析了该高速缓冲器的缓冲参数,对气液阻尼模型进行研究,研发了一款气液复合型缓冲器,经过性能测试及样机试验,达到3 000以上寿命次数,能够满足超高速隔离开关的工程应用需求。
The ultra high speed isolating switch equipped with effective bumpers could lower the impact during the process of switches making and breaking and improve the insulativity of switches and mechanical life.Combining with the requirements of ultra high speed switch,this paper analyzed the parameter of this high-speed buffer and researched on the gas-liquid damping model.A gas-liquid composite buffer was developed.The performance and prototype tests reach more than 3000 times of life,so that it can meet the demand of ultra high speed switch application.
