宫外孕应用甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗的效果分析

Efficacy of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in ectopic pregnancy

目的分析甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗宫外孕的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月~2017年12月收治的100例宫外孕患者作为观察对象,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用单药甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察组则采用米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,对比两组患者包块消失时间以及住院时间,并记录两组治疗期间的不良反应。结果观察组患者的临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组包块消失时间以及住院时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间无明显不良反应发生。结论甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗宫外孕具有较高的临床疗效,能够有效提高患者的临床疗效,且具有较高的安全性。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in ectopic pregnancy.Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,100 cases of ectopic pregnancy were selected as observation subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group with single drug methotrexate,the observation group was used mifepristone combined with methotrexate.The adverse reactions during the two groups were recorded.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with methotrexate has a high clinical efficacy in ectopic pregnancy,which can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients and has high safety and is worth popularizing in clinic.
