基于NFC和Android的非法运营车辆举报系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Illegal Operating Vehicles' Reporting System Based on NFC and Android

按照相关规定,非法运营车辆只有在载客并且有现场交易的情况下才能被查处,但是在实际的查处过程中,许多"黑车"乘客出于各种原因不愿意举报"黑车",甚至经常庇护"黑车"。为了有效治理非法运营,有效解决查处"黑车"过程中检查难、取证难的情况,建立消灭"黑车"的群众基础,论文提出了基于NFC和Android的非法运营车辆举报系统,该系统可以通过现金或乘坐出租车打折的方式激发群众举报"黑车"的热情,帮助举报群众快捷的实现举报,有效协助交通运输管理部门掌握"黑车"营运证据。

According to the relevant regulations,the illegal operating vehicles can be investigated only when they are carrying passengers and having on-site transactions.However,in the actual investigation process,many illegal vehicles’passengers are reluctant to report for various reasons,and even often harbor illegal vehicles.In order to effectively control the illegal operation and effectively solve the difficulty of inspection and obtaining the evidence,and establish the masses based on elimination of illegal vehicles,this paper presents the illegal operating vehicles’reporting system based on NFC and Android.The system can motivate the enthusiasm of the masses to report the illegal operating vehicles by the way of be achieved by cash or by taxi discount.And the system can help the mass to report quickly and effectively assist the traffic management department to grasp the operating evidences of illegal operating vehicles.
