关于士官院校专业实验室实战化建设的几点思考

Reflections on the Practical Construction of Specialized Laboratories in NCO Schools

实战化训练条件是实战化教学的重要前提和基础,是提升人才培养质量,造就大批"能打仗、打胜仗"士官人才的基本条件。专业实验室是士官院校教学保障体系的核心部分,其实战化建设直接关系到实战化教学的效果。从实验室体系以及实战化教学需求入手,通过分析士官院校专业实验室建设中存在的问题现状,提出了实战化建设的几点思考和对策。

The actual combat training condition is the important premise and foundation of the actual combat teaching,it is also the basic condition to improve the quality of talent training and bring up a large number of non-commissioned officers who can"fight and win the battle".The specialized laboratory is the core part of the teaching guarantee system in the non-commissioned colleges and universities.In fact,the construction of war-oriented teaching is directly related to the effect of actual combat teaching.This paper starts with the laboratory system and the requirement of actual combat teaching,through analyzing the problems existing in the construction of specialized laboratories in non-commissioned officers colleges and universities,and puts forward some thoughts and countermeasures for the construction of practical combat laboratories.
