摘要
电子封装技术与材料是北京工业大学材料科学与工程学院开设的专业必修课程。根据课程的教学大纲,在课堂教学实践的基础上,针对课程内容和授课方式,开展探究性教学,设定问题情境,结合前沿学科,发掘学生自主探究的潜能,引导学生进行动觉学习,布置创新性作业,提高学生自主学习、独立思考、分析解决问题的能力。
Electronic Packaging Technology and Materials is a professional compulsory course offered by School of Materials Science and Engineering,Beijing University of Technology.According to the syllabus of this course,based on the teaching practice of the course,we carried out inquiry instructions on the course content and teaching methods.It is necessary to ask questions,combine advanced technology and explore the potential of students.Moreover,we should guide students to kinesthetic learning and arrange innovative homework.Therefore,students'ability to learn independently,think independently and analyze problems can be improved
