创新创业视域下高职涉农专业双师素质教师能力培育现状及对策

The Current Situation and Solutions of Double-qualified Teachers' Ability Cultivation Related to Agriculture in Vocational Colleges in Terms of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education

全面深化创新创业教育改革,将创新创业教育融入教育教学全过程,实现专业教育与创新创业教育有机融合已成为全社会的共识,全体教师都需要肩负起创新创业教育的责任。通过问卷调查、访谈对创新创业视域下高职涉农专业双师素质教师能力培育现状、存在问题及成因进行分析,并提出了"设立两类培训、健全三项机制、夯实四个环节、开发五部资源"4项解决对策。

Comprehensively deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education reform.Integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into education and teaching process,as well as realizing the organic integration of professional education and innovation entrepreneurship education have become the consensus of the whole society.All teachers need tobear the responsibility of innovation and entrepreneurship education.By questionnaires and interviews,this study analyzed the current situation,problemsand causes of agriculturerelateddouble-qualified teachers'ability cultivation to in vocational colleges in terms of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Four solutions were put forward,including establishing two kinds of training,perfecting three mechanisms,strengthening four links and developing five kinds of resources.
