Research on Cultivating Students' Creative Ability Based on Innovation Team Building

针对大学生创新团队的建设现状,深入研究"双创时代"背景下学生创新能力的培养。为解决目前创新团队中存在的缺乏持续性和长期规划性规划,缺乏完善的激励措施、系统的管理方法,学生参与热情不高和参与面较窄等问题,探讨了如何制订符合学校实际的团队建设方案和目标,建设有效的创新团队运行机制,建立健全激励扶持措施,为学生营造一种自由、自主的团队学习氛围,切实提高学习的主动性、积极性、创新能力和团队协作能力,为创建创新型国家培养更多的人才。

In view of the status of college students'innovation team construction,this paper studies the cultivation of student's innovation ability under the background of"Innovation and Entrepreneurship creating".In order to solve the current problem in innovative team-lack of continuity and long-term planning,lack of sound incentives,systematic management methods,the narrow participation of students.This paper discusses how to formulate in line with the actual construction of the school,establish an effective mechanism for the operation of innovative teams,establish and improve incentives and supportive measures.Eventually it can create a free and independent team learning atmosphere,and effectively improve the learning initiative,enthusiasm,innovation and teamwork ability
