摘要
通过XRD、FT-IR测试方法,并结合Rietveld理论,深入分析了磷单掺及磷硫复掺对硅酸二钙(C2S)晶型结构的影响规律。结果表明,磷单掺条件下,有效稳定硅酸二钙的最佳掺量为1.64%左右。当样品中含有1.88%左右SO3时,P_2O_5最佳掺量为0.83%,说明SO3可以促进P_2O_5的稳定活化效果。且与未掺杂样品相比,元素掺杂有效提高了[SiO_4]的对称性。
XRD,FT-IR test method,and Rietveld theory is used to analyzed the effects of phosphorus and sulfur elements on the structure of dicalcium silicate crystal(C2S).The results show the optimum content of the effective stable silicate is about 1.64%;But when the sample contains about 1.8 8%S03,the optimum content of P205 is 0.83%,indicating that S0 3 could promote the stable activation effect of P205 on dicalcium silicate.And compared with the pure sample,the element doping effectively enhances the symmetry of[Si0 4].
