MgO对黄磷炉渣微晶玻璃析晶影响 被引量:2

Effect of MgO on Crystallization of Yellow Phosphorus Slag Glass-ceramics

摘要 以黄磷炉渣为基础原料,通过加入辅料和MgO,以熔融法制备CaO-Al2O3-SiO_2(CAS)系微晶玻璃;通过差热分析(DTA)、X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等分析方法分析MgO对黄磷炉渣微晶玻璃晶化行为的影响。结果显示:随着加入MgO的量的增加,基础玻璃的核化温度和晶化温度下降,析晶活化能E减小;黄磷炉渣微晶玻璃的晶相类型并未因MgO添加量的增多而改变,其主晶相为硅灰石(CaSiO_3),次晶相为铝透辉石(Ca(MgAl)(SiAl)_2O_6);但随着MgO添加量的增多,抑制了硅灰石(CaSiO_3)晶相的生成,促进铝透辉石(Ca(MgAl)(SiAl)_2O_6)生成。 Ca0-Al20 3-Si02(CAS)glass-ceramics were prepared by melt method by adding yellow phosphorus slag as raw material and adding excipients and MgO.The effects of MgO on the crystallization behavior of yellow phosphorus slag glass-ceramics were analyzed by differential thermal analysis(DTA),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that with the increase of the amount of MgO,the nucleation temperature and crystallization temperature of the base glass decrease and the crystallization activation energy E decreases.The amount of MgO increased does not change the crystal types of yellow phosphorus slag glass-ceramics,and the main phase is wollastonite(CaSi03)and the secondary crystal phase is aluminian diopside(Ca(MgAl)(SiAl)2O6).However,with the increase of the amount of MgO,the formation of the crystalline phase of wollastonite(CaSi03)is inhibited,and the formation of the crystalline phase of aluminian diopside(Ca(MgAl)(SiAl)2O6)is promoted.
