碱浸铅锌渣地聚物的制备及其力学性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 碱浸铅锌渣是铅锌矿渣中提炼锌粉后产生的碱性废渣。经活化及碱激发处理,可制备地聚物材料,这为碱浸铅锌渣的综合利用提供了新的思路。以碱浸铅锌渣和偏高岭土为原料,以硅酸钠溶液和氢氧化钠为激发剂制备出碱浸铅锌渣地聚物并分析其力学性能。通过正交试验方法考察了碱浸铅锌渣掺量、激发剂模数以及激发剂掺量对碱浸铅锌渣地聚物的力学性能的影响,并采用SEM和XRD技术分析其制备机理。试验结果表明:当液固比为0.5的条件下,碱激发剂模数为1.2,碱激发剂掺量为65%,碱浸铅锌渣掺量为45%时,制备出碱浸铅锌渣地聚物的28d抗压强度能达到49.6 MPa,且碱激发剂掺量为影响其抗压强度的第一要素;分析原料与产物XRD测试结果,碱浸铅锌渣地聚物发生聚合反应,且生成了Na_2Al_2Si_3O_(10)·2H_2O及Na_6Si_8O_(19)等符合地聚物材料结构特征的物质。 Alkali leaching of lead zinc slag is alkaline slag produced in lead-zinc ores after zinc refining.Geopolymer Materials can be prepared after activation and alkali treatment,which provides a new way for comprehensive utilization of this slag.Takeing the alkali leaching of lead zinc slag and metakaolin as raw material,sodium silicate solution and sodium hydroxide as activator,the geopolymer for alkali leaching of lead zinc slag was prepared and the mechanical properties were also analysed.By the method of orthogonal experiments the effects of mechanical properties of alkali leaching of lead zinc content,modulus and activator content of alkali leaching on lead zinc slag geopolymer the investigation and analysis of its microstructure by means of SEM and XRD.When the liquid-solid ratio is under the condition of 0.5,the modulus of alkali activator is 1.2,the dosage of alkali activator is 65%,alkali leaching of lead zinc content is 45%.The 28 d compressive strength of lead zinc slag prepared by alkali leaching geopolymer can reach 49.6 MPa.The content of alkali activator is the main factor affecting its compressive strength.Analysis of raw materials and products of XRD test results show that the alkali leaching of lead zinc slag geopolymer polymerization reaction,and the generation of complex material of Na2Al2Si3O10.2H20 and Na6Si8019,which accord with the Geopolymer Material structure.
