企业参与社区治理模式研究--基于四个案例样本的分析

Research on the Model of Enterprises Participation in Community Governance——analysis based on four cases

企业本身是社区治理的重要主体之一,目前已有不少企业从原本社区共建的角色走向直接参与微观的社区治理过程。本文阐述了企业直接参与社区治理的基本背景,介绍了桃源居社区、信义嘉庭社区、汇丰银行社区伙伴计划和点赞网的点赞行动在社区等四种典型的案例样本,并就企业参与社区微观治理的动机与方式、企业运作的市场化机制与社会化机制的关系、企业主体与社区其他主体的关系等方面进行了分析与思考。

The enterprise is one of the important subjects of community governance.At present,there are many enterprises from the original community building role to direct participation in micro community governance process.This paper expounds the basic background of the enterprises’direct participation in community governance,introduces the four typical cases of Tao Yuan Ju Community,Xin Yi Jia Ting Community,HSBC Bank Community Partnership Plan and DianZan’s Plan,and analyses the motivation and way of enterprise participation in community micro governance the motivation and way of enterprise participation in community micro governance,the relationship between the market mechanism of the enterprise operation and the social mechanism,the relationship between the enterprise subject and other subjects of the community.
