推进"一带一路"建设,无论是作为经济互助互通的"硬联通",还是作为政策交流沟通的"软联通",都离不开理论与实践贯通的"人联通"。加强我国与沿线国家在"政策沟通、设施联通、贸易畅通、资金融通、民心相通"领域的合作,离不开战略决策型人才、工程应用型人才、国际复合型人才的支撑。面对高等教育人才需求,我国应整合内部资源,优化人才培养内部支撑环境;拓宽专业结构,推动课程内容创新;加强国际理解教育,增强人才培养外向度;推进校企联动,实现人才培养精准对接。

Promoting the construction of"the Belt and Road"Initiative,whether as"hard connectivity"of economic mutual assistance and interoperability or as''soft connectivity"of policy communication,can^t be separated from the"talent connection"which is connected with the theory and practice.Strengthening cooperation between China and countries along the line in fields of’'policy communica-lion,facility connectivity,trade smoothness,capital finance and people’s minds”is inseparable from the support of strategic decision-making talents?engineering application talents and international compound talents.In the face of the demand for higher education talents,China should integrate internal resources and optimize the internal supporting environment for talent training;optimize the professional structure and promote the innovation of the curriculum content;strengthen the international understanding education and enhance the external orientation of talent training;deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises and achieve precise docking of personnel training.
