摘要
高校科研管理部门在高校智库产品生产与转化推广过程中的管理与服务作用非常重要。文章构建了高校智库产品生产转化的主体及其关系网络,从创新中介视角分析了高校科研管理部门在参与高校智库产品生产转化过程中扮演的角色,探究了高校科研管理部门在高校智库产品生产转化中行政性管理和知识性服务的职能,并以浙江大学社会科学研究院为例进行实证分析,为高校科研管理部门促进高校智库建设、推动高校智库发展提供理论与实践参考。
The role of management and service of university research management departments in the production,transformation and promotion process of university think tank products is very important.This pciper constructs subjects and their relation network of university think tank products^production and transformation,analyzes the role of university research management departments in university think tank products^production and transformation from the pervspective of innovation intermediary,clcirifies their functions of administrative mcincigement and knowledge service in the process,conducts an empiriccil analysis taking Social Sciences Academy of Zhejiang University cis an excimple,and provides theoretical and practical reference for university research management departments promoting university think tank construction and development.
