新时代“绿色治理观”包括:推进绿色发展、着力解决突出环境问题、加大生态系统保护力度、改革生态环境监管体制。这既是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,也是引领江西绿色崛起的不二法宝。江西应高度自觉以新时代“绿色治理观”为根本思想遵循,正视自身面临的生态环境问题,充分发挥自然资源禀赋强省优势、生态农业大省优势、区位要素显著优势、国家生态文明试验区优势,因势利导,顺势而为,实现绿色崛起。

The"green governance concept"in the new era includes promoting green development,solving outstanding environmental problems,strengthening the protection of ecological systems and reforming the regulatory system of ecologi?cal environment.This is not only an important part of Xi Jinping's new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,but al?so a key to the green rise of Jiangxi.The new era in Jiangxi should be highly motivated to follow the concept of"green man?agement"as the fundamental thoughts,face up to the ecological environment problems,and give full play to the natural re?sources,agricultural,geographical and ecological advantages which are endowed to the province for realizing the New Green Era.
