摘要
当前,我国在传统养老服务业上仍存在着供给关系模糊,经济保障水平不高,机构数量明显不足的问题。而在医养结合创新养老模式方面存在着医养分离情况普遍,资源配置利用不合理,主管部门责任界定不明,专业人才队伍匮乏等难点问题。针对以上问题,贯彻落实养老政策,从顶层逐步明确管理责任,有效整合养老与医疗资源,加大扶持力度,加快人才队伍的培养等举措将有助于我国医养结合养老模式的健康快速发展。
At present,there are still problems in the traditional service industry in our country,such as fuzzy supply re?lationship,low level of economic security,and obviously insufficient number of institutions.Besides,there are some diffi?cult problems,such as the general medical care separation,the irrational allocation and utilization of resources,the unclear responsibility of the competent department,the lack of professional personnel and so on.In view of the above problems,to help the healthy and rapid development of the mode of medical care and nursing in our country,we should implement the pension policy,clarify management responsibility from the top level,integrate pension and medical resources effectively,and support the training of the talent team.
