摘要
本文首先分析了国内外营养强化食品产业的发展历程,其次基于对北京地区消费者的营养强化食品消费需求的调查,分析了营养强化食品未来的发展方向,并提出相应的发展建议。
This paper first analyzed the development process of the fortified food industry at home and abroad.Secondly,based on the survey of the fortified food consumption demand in Beijing,the future development of fortified foods will be analyzed,and development suggestions will be put forward.
