老年糖尿病患者采用微量元素营养平衡糖尿病饮食疗法的效果

Effect of Micronutrient Nutrition Balance Diabetes Diet in Elderly Diabetic Patients

目的:研究老年糖尿病病患采用微量元素营养平衡糖尿病饮食疗法的效果。方法:从沈阳军区总医院收治的老年糖尿病病患当中通过盲选的方式随机选择80例进行研究,根据不同的饮食疗法,对所选取的研究对象进行平均分组,分为对照组和观察组。对对照组中的研究对象采取常规的饮食治疗方法,而对于观察组中的研究对象则主要是在常规饮食治疗的基础上进行微量元素的营养平衡,对比两组研究对象在经过治疗之后其糖化血红蛋白、胰岛β细胞的分泌功能指数、胰岛素抵抗指数、胰岛素敏感指数的数值变化情况,以及病患对治疗效果的满意程度。结果:观察组研究对象糖化血红蛋白的数值、胰岛β细胞的分泌功能指数的数值都比较低(P<0.05),而胰岛素的抵抗指数则要高于对照组(P<0.05),两组研究对象都没有出现微量元素中毒的现象,观察组治疗的满意程度要高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对老年糖尿病病患使用微量元素营养平衡糖尿病饮食疗法进行治疗,能够对血糖的水平进行更好的控制,并且能够有效改善病患胰岛素的功能。

Object:To investigate the effects of micronutrient nutrition balance diabetes diet in elderly diabetic patients.Methods:Among the elderly diabetic patients admitted to general hospital of Shenyang military,80 cases were randomly selected according to the blind selection method for the study.According to different diet therapies,the selected subjects were divided into the control group and the observation group on an average basis.Subjects in control group treated with regular diet method,and for the research object in observation group is mainly in the regular diet therapy on the basis of trace element nutrition balance,compared to two groups after treatment the glycosylated hemoglobin,islet beta cells secrete a function index,insulin resistance and insulin sensitive index of numerical changes,and the patient’s satisfaction with the treatment effect.Result:Observe groups glycated hemoglobin values,islet beta cells secrete a function index values were lower(P<0.05),and insulin resistance index is higher than the control group(P<0.05),two groups did not appear trace elements of poisoning phenomenon,the treatment satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of elderly diabetic patients with micronutrient nutrition balance diabetes diet therapy can better control the level of blood glucose and effectively improve the function of insulin in patients.
