本文分析了高效液相色谱在食品检测中的优势和特点,并研究了高效液相色谱法在食品检测中的应用,以期为高效液相色谱更好地应用于食品检测提供参考。
This paper analyzed the advantages and characteristics of high performance liquid chromatography in food detection,and studied the application of high performance liquid chromatography in food detection,which provides a reference for better application of high performance liquid chromatography in food detection.
