摘要 随着国民经济的稳步增长,日前我国已经迎来了全面建成小康社会的决胜阶段。伴随经济发展步入新常态,我国社会中等收入群体明显扩大,中产阶级数量明显增多,人民群众的消费能力明显提高。我国人民消费结构发生转变,消费观不同以往,后消费时代正在来临。这一时期,消费领域表现的最显著特征就是:排浪式消费终结,个性化消费崛起。于是,在消费心理层面,消费者对消费品的文化诉求越来越多,消费是为了凸显"我的价值"与"我的文化"。这样的消费心态,是与我国经济发展水平相适应的。位于这样的时代背景下,供需双侧结构性改革的任务呼之欲出,文化的供给与需求侧结构性改革不但是整个改革的一部分,更影响着整个改革进程。随着改革深入,我国文化消费环境将越来越好,文化消费潜力有望大大释放。 With the steady growth of the national economy,China has already ushered in a decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way.With the economic development stepping into the new normal,the middle-income group in China's society has expanded significantly,the number of middle class has increased significantly,and the spending power of the people has increased significantly.The consumption structure of our people has changed,and the consumption concept is different.The post-consumption era is coming.During this period,the most striking feature of the performance of the consumer sector was the end of the wave of consumption and the rise of personalized consumption.Therefore,at the level of consumer psychology,consumers are increasingly demanding cultural appeals for consumer goods.Consumption is to highlight“my value”and“my culture.”This kind of consumption mentality is in line with China's economic development level.Under the background of this era,the task of bilateral structural reform of supply and demand is ready,and the supply and demand side structural reform of culture is not only part of the whole reform,but also affects the entire reform process.With the deepening of reforms,China's cultural consumption environment will become better and better,and the potential of cultural consumption is expected to be greatly released.
