“互联网+”背景下浙江嘉兴市特色小镇存在的问题及对策研究

Research on Development Status and Countermeasures of the Characteristic Small Towns of Zhejiang Jiaxing under the Background of “Internet+”

文章主要研究了"互联网+"背景下嘉兴市特色小镇发展的现状及对策,首先介绍了嘉兴市特色小镇建设的现状,然后从功能融合、高端要素、联动发展、要素保障、小镇宣传等五方面分析了嘉兴市特色小镇发展过程中存在的主要问题,并且从"互联网+"的角度对这些问题提出了相应的解决对策:完善"互联网+"基础设施、利用"互联网+"时代的智慧技术手段提升高端要素、建立内外部开放平台、利用"互联网+"的微经济手段进行宣传、加强小镇与第三方电商平台合作等方式促进嘉兴市特色小镇快速健康发展。

This paper mainly study the development status and countermeasures of the characteristic small towns in Jiaxing under the background of“Internet+”,firstly introduce the current situation of characteristic small towns of Jiaxing,secondly analysis the main problems in the development process of Jiaxing characteristic small towns from five aspects:the functional integration,high-end elements,interactive development,factor guarantee,propaganda and so on,thirdly put forward corresponding countermeasures from the“Internet+”perspective on these issues:improving the“Internet+”infrastructure,using Intelligent technology of“Internet+”era to upgrade the high-end elements,establish an internal and external open platform,propaganda using the“Internet+”micro economic means,strengthen cooperation of the small town and third party e-business platform and other ways to promote the rapid and healthy development of Jiaxing characteristic small towns.
