经济新常态下中小城市外贸绿色发展之路径——以衢州为例

The Path of Green Development of Foreign Trade in Small and Medium Sized Cities under the New Economic Normal——Taking Quzhou as an Example

经济新常态下,外贸增长放缓。然而,绿色贸易壁垒、低碳规则以及中美贸易争端却愈演愈烈,使得国际贸易竞争日趋严重。因此,发展绿色贸易,是外贸可持续发展的内在要求。经济新常态下,衢州发展绿色贸易的意识不强,缺乏相关的环保政策,外贸企业在生态环保方面欠缺竞争优势。这就要求衢州政府和相关部门在绿色贸易发展环境建立和环保管理方面给予扶持;外贸企业要建立生态的外贸运行模式,加强绿色技术创新,开发新兴市场的绿色贸易;外贸行业协会为外贸企业抱团发展绿色贸易提供平台。

Under the new economic normal,the growth of foreign trade has slowed down.However,green trade barriers,low carbon rules and Sino-US trade dispute have become increasingly fierce,which makes the competition of international trade more and more serious.Therefore,the development of green trade is the inherent requirement of the sustainable development of foreign trade.Under the new economic normal,Quzhou lacks strong awareness of implementing green trade and relevant environmental policies,and foreign trade enterprises lack competitive advantages in environmental protection.Therefore,Quzhou government and departments concerned are required to give support to the establishment of green trade development environment and environmental management;foreign trade enterprises should establish the ecological trade mode of foreign trade,strengthen green technology innovation and develop green trade in emerging markets and trade associations should provide a platform for foreign trade enterprises to develop green trade.
